The Dallas Women’s Foundation captures the statistical data necessary to measure the impact of funded community programs, with a goal of helping women and girls realize their full potential. Reporting Formats:

• Grant Evaluation Form (For Spring, Fall, CREW, Mrs., H.L. (Ruth Ray) Hunt Memorial Fund, and Embrey Family Fund Grant Cycles as well as Donor Advised Fund and Donor Preferred Grants)
• Technical Assistance Grant Final Evaluation Form (For Emerging Agency Leadership Institute Grants)
