In July 2004, the Dallas Women’s Foundation established the Faith, Feminism and Philanthropy Fund to provide grants to non-profits with a current or historical faith tie. Part of this initiative is under the direction and guidance of Dr. Isabel Docampo from SMU’s Perkins School of Theology. Dr. Docampo oversees generating dialogue among women of diverse faiths. Additionally, grants that are available and awarded from this fund seek to form new collaborations and relationships between the women’s funding movement and the faith community.
